How to Get Involved

Buy Quilted In Honor Products

Quilted In Honor was born from the idea that, by working together, the quilting industry could come together and make a positive impact in the lives of military families in need by raising much-needed funds and by creating and donating quilts. A percentage of sales from every single Quilted In Honor product sold goes towards benefiting military families through the charitable organization, Operation Homefront.

QIH Products

Your impact is two-fold - when you buy Quilted In Honor products to make a quilt you will donate, a portion of what you buy will be donated to Operation Homefront. You are helping financially and in a very special way only quilters can help. Click here to learn more about all of the Quilted In Honor products available to you.

Donate a Quilt

The Quilted In Honor program exists not only to raise funds for military families in need, but to connect veterans, wounded warriors, and military families with physical quilts! All program products help to support both goals by donating a percentage of proceeds from every sale to Operation Homefont, and by providing supplies and materials you need to make your own quilts to donate.

Make a quilt for a loved one of your own, or make one for someone you don't know. Operation Homefront has a network across the country ready to accept and distribute quilts. Click here to learn more about making and donating quilts.

Participate in a Challenge

The Quilted In Honor project has put together a number of different challenge every quilter has the opportunity to participate in! Designer PJ Anderson's "Star of Glory" quilt, which is part of the traveling exhibit, has been donated to help raise funds for Operation Homefront. This stunning quilt was pieced by PJ herself, in honor of the service men and women in her own life. PJ said, "With great pride and humility I donated this quilt to Operation Homefront to raise money for the soldiers and their families in times of great need."
